About the Meet

Our revised goal at IMTECH is to establish new partnerships with industry with a sharp focus on new drug discovery and technological development which can benefit millions of people in this country. In this regard, we are organizing an 'Industry-Academia Meet' at IMTECH campus from 4th-6th October 2017. The aim is to get a better engagement with key industry & academic leaders and establish a platform where we can discuss the challenges of Industry and how academic/research institutions can forge new R&D partnerships and alliances. This shall give a major thrust to help discover new drugs and push towards formation of new start-ups and healthcare innovation.

This 'Industry-Academia Meet' also aims to attract the best of industry scientists as well as key government policy makers. Our distinguished panel of speakers includes leaders from Ministry of Science and Technology, NITI Aayog (Govt. Think Tank) and leaders from big multinationals in pharma/biotech sectors. Besides establishing new synergies, this meeting shall help us to develop new networks with eminent researchers across the globe.
