We are hereby pleased to inform you that after completion of the exploratory project vide Ref number SSP-0071, titled “Technology Development for Alpha Amylase Production through Submerged Fermentation”, the final delivered trial enzyme samples as received from CSIR-IMTECH had performed well and exhibiting satisfactory lab trial result at our distillery end. So, we sincerely thank you and your team for your continuous support and cooperation throughout the journey of the project, which definitely will lead to a success when we do captive production for our distillery operation utilizing the newly developed strains. Expecting further support from you in due course of action for the true implementation of the production process at our own end and also to take patent on the new strains as evolved at the earliest.

Hopefully, we shall run similar exploratory projects with IMTECH in future also to develop some for valuable biomolecules for industrial uses, which we shall take up afresh sooner or later.

We have gone through the report and find that the fermentation part has been completed satisfactorily.

We will come back to you as soon as we have made reasonable progress on the commercial plant design and ask for demonstration of the fermentation process and transfer of technology.

In the meantime, we thank the staff very much for satisfactorily completing the project (fermentation part) and we shall come back to you with more products, which we would like to commercialize based on fermentation.
